Cancellation and Return Policy

• Order Cancellation:
  If you wish to cancel your order, a 2% charge will be deducted from the total amount paid during the refund process.

• Right to Cancel:
  Tharunam Saree reserves the right to cancel and refund any order without customer approval due to incorrect information in the order or reasons beyond our control, such as courier delays, manufacturing delays, etc.

• Out-of-Stock Items:
  In case the ordered product is out of stock, the refund will be processed within 7 days via UPI ID or through a bank account.

• Disclaimer:
  Returns will not be entertained for slight differences in color or the feel of the material.

• Damaged or Incorrect Products:
  If you believe you have received the wrong or damaged saree, kindly email us at tharunamsarees@gmail.com with a video of the parcel opening, ensuring there are no cuts or edits.

• Exchange or Refund:
  You can either exchange the item with another product or request a refund. We will cover the courier cost in the case of a return due to a damaged or incorrect saree.
